    +$45 Membership joining fee
    Monthly Fee: $1,500 Sessions Included: 10 sessions (50 minutes each) per month for up to 10 employees.

    +$100 Enterprise Membership set-up fee
    Monthly Fee: $3,500 Sessions Included: 25 sessions per month for up to 20 employees.
